I'd like to see us raid as a group. What needs to be done to make this happen? Having never raided in any game can some veterans weigh in?

Standard event type situation. You set a day and time and get signups for people. Specify the necessary level needed to join the raid or if you're willing to apprentice.

Get a rounded out group to help make things stable for a first run through. Once you've gotten a few runs under the belt then you can sacrifice some classes to keep it all guild/alliance. Just a recommendation on that, feel free to barrel through them without the necessary archtypes/classes though :P

May find a guide or two depending on what you want to do.
