Guild Ranks

All,

I propose that we restructure our guild ranks and add a definition to each, for example:

Here is my proposal-

Strategos = Guild Leader
Taxiarchos = Guild Council
Hyparchos = Class Leaders i.e Guardian Class Leader
Phalanx = Primary Character
Chiliostys = Secondary Character
Conscript = New recruit

As will all new recruits I also propose we have at least a 15 day recruit period to ensure that they make a good fit with our guild. It will also give the new recruits a chance to see if Ars Tactika is a good fit for them. If after the recruit period they want to leave they don't feel like they abandoned us etc etc.

Please post what you think of this matter...

Along with the restructure I would also like to discuss having archetype officer leads rather then class leads. After talking with Xercos, it would make our leads more knowledgeable about their archetype as a whole and bring a certain focus to how the group should run as a whole. For example: if you are just focused on PoM's you might not understand how your heals/dmg work with other healing classes. If there was an archetype class leader he/she would understand and know how all that works and would better be able to lead both raid/non raid environments.
