So I've been wondering this ever since I've played the game...

How the hell do you register for the forums?

- I tried logging in with my Account and that failed
- I tried creating an account, that was an epic fail
- I then read the page, that brought me no where
- Now I am in shame as I have been defeated by a "log on" screen

forums do not work. I cant log in for some reason - wrong password, and no email found.

You need to go into your account management page (https://register.ageofconan.com/account) and log in there. Once inside, you'll see a link that says "Create or update my forum login". Click that, follow the instructions. Basically you have to make a brand new, separate login for the forums. Also note: your beta or previous forum logins won't work, you must re-create.

I had the exact same issue as I was previously unable to get on the AOC forums. Then for a week or two I was unable even though I had registered my account. Nothing I attempted seemed to work. My fix actually came when I clicked on a link to the official AOC forums in another non-AOC forum(sorry don't remember if it was here or elsewhere) and then ever since I've acutally been able to log in. Seems like it was a backdoor way of getting logged on.

Click on the link, see if your log in name appears, go to some other threads, close the connection and go back to Age Of Conan.com and click on the US forums.

Odd way of getting in but has worked for me.

I'm having the same problem as Az. My account is registered...but nothing I'm trying is getting on the official forums.

Have you created your forum account as I detailed above? Your game account and your forum account are two separate entities.

I have made a separate login, and tried what fat kid says. It still says I don't have a registered forum login...even though on my account page it says I do.

Just to make sure, you've registered your retail key and are going to http://forums.ageofconan.com/ for the forums, yes?

The only other thing I'd recommend is to try resetting your password. I had my account all set up and had logged into the forums several times already. Once I let my login idle out instead of logging out, and the next time I tried to log in my password didn't work. Once I reset it, I was in again without any problems.

I had this problem and miraculously yesterday it allowed me to sign on. A week after i registered...

Look guys: No we allready made a forum account etc that is not the point.

None of the suggestions work because:
1. The Forum keeps telling us that the FOrum Account that we created, doesnt exsist.
2. The email that I used to try to recover my password, doesnt exsist (even though thats my account and I can log into the game etc all fine)

Basicly the forum isnt accepting new registrations yet as I see. Or Maybe its a week long delay before you can log in, as Broomish experienced.

I guess time is the key. It started working for me last night.
