Notoriety System
If implemented, I think we will be seeing alot of skulls over players.

I understand why it's there, but it's still pretty dumb. Theres options for a much more robust way to discern criminal activity.

Like sloppy posted up on that thread, You should only be getting criminal actions while near guards or other witness's who would report you.
With the current innocent to criminal system, it will negate PVP on a PVP server. You get punished for PVP'ing even at your own level and on equal standards. That's just ridiculous. They can fine tune the system to only take into account say 10 level difference and anything else is normal everyday PVP without any criminal punishment. Take apprentice into account as well.
