Time to kick it into high gear...
I'm going to be blunt guys. We need more 80's. We need more dedication from members to stick with the game and make it all the way to the top. We just dont have the numbers to field viable raids for anything (pvp included) w/o dipping into alliances with other guilds. I know many of you arent too keen on relying on other guilds to dip into endgame content, so it'd behoove you to put forth some more effort and cowboy up.
In addition, I'm firing up more recruiting efforts to try to get experienced players into the 3 guilds. For now, this entails ads on Tentonhammer, Warcry, and Funcom. With our Google presence we should be able to attract numbers. Free trials are also going out regularly, but I'm finding many folks havent learned how to use Teamspeak yet... which is a no-no.
If you're in a PUG please feel free to mention the virtues of being a TG member, even if not directly in a TG guild.
I think we've done pretty well with just relying on TG to provide the playerbase, but I'm finding the retention lacking so we're going to have to look to the outside.
Let's do this... or, we'll have drop the game and move onto something else.

Ads are now up in funcom, tth, and stratics. If you've got ideas on how to get even more exposure, feel free to enact them. Copy/paste my ads if you'd like.
