Thumbs up Recruitment is ramping up!

Just in the past 2 days we've gotten about 3 new recruits. Please be as helpful as you can in explaining the game to these folks and pimpslapping the gankers that prey upon them

To that end, it helps a LOT to just hang out in Tortage and get to know new people to the game. Group with them and try to get them to join us here at TG. Perhaps "newbie night" shall transform into "Recruitment night."

Regardless, there are many many people who are guildless at the higher levels that'd do well to join us here. If you see them, let 'em know.

I know we'd all love to be able to just keep things in-house and recruit by example. But we're stretched too thin between all the games out or coming out to do this right now. We need new blood.

Any proven TGer who wants to take an active role in recruitment will be bumped up to 'Hyparchos' so you'll be able to shoot out invites to the Guild. Just remember, conscripts stay conscripts for 2 weeks until they've proven themselves reliable and trustworthy.

    Re: Recruitment is ramping up!

Slow learner that I am, on Saturday before the mini-raid we had on the Prison colony, I discovered how to form a group in the search for party function. Easy to use and I've found quite a number of players/groups to complete quests. Many of the players are not in Guilds and that's a good way of recruiting players.
