Good time tonight!
Welcome Armadillo to Ars Tactika! He joined up with us courtesy of Gambit and should show up in the forums any day now!
I futzed around farming off the last of the XP I needed to level up and getting used to the recent changes for awhile. Gambit, Vulcan, Krane, Jielle, Ophian, and I were on for awhile - wait I just mixed forum names with AoC names - Anyway.. we were all checking out the changes.. pretty much all seem to enjoy it - I know I did.
After Gambit logged off for dinner I jumped back into Tortage with my alt Thaumiel and joined up with Armadillo in White Sands.
I immediately got deuced by a lvl 20 Ranger, Lovera(?), who continued to tag me even after Armadillo found me.. and by 'tagging me' I mean 'she' would unhide, root me, and shoot me to or three times for little damage before hiding again. After 3 or 4 of those engagements we took off toward the Pict camp - busting critters heads all the way. Alas - Lovera followed us.. started on us again - but this time she didn't have a chance and I got my for PvP points with Thaumiel with Armadillo's help. After that I had 2 more PvP kills when I was leaving leaving a rezpoint.
Probably the best thing that made the most fun out of the PvP (other than having Armadillo watching my back), was the 'root' buff now has a limit making it easier to break free. A ranger that discovers that uber-root spell suddenly ain't so uber - is pretty funny, FINALLY!
Anyway.. good times!

Re: Good time tonight!
Alright, I'm back after laying low a few weeks! Far Cry 2 and Fallout 3 are going to be sharing gaming time but can't wait to play the new updates.
