Yep, it is off to a little bit of a rocky start. Servers just went down again for a hotfix.
If you have any Custom UI, you'll want to back it up- The patch totally redoes the directory structure and wipes out anything that wasn't standard. The custom UI's may also be partially non-functional until the developers of the UI make it compatible.
