Sheldor the Conquer
I dont know if anyone out there watches the Big Bang Theory but last night they had an episode where the female character, Penny, gets addicted to MMOs namely AoC. MANY MANY references to AoC that held almost true to the actual game. The only descepancy being in the first city she asks how to get past the guard and Sheldon tells her she needs the magic sword. Quotes like:
"Im a level 3! Do i go in the jungle or along the shore?" - "Doesn't matter if you see a Aligator kick it with your boots"
"Have you been to the Temple of Mitra" - "You mean the priest in the temple on the top of the hill"
"Im level 25 and a group asked me to go to the Black Castle am I ready?"
It was a fun trip to hear all the areas again as that was the major references throughout the entire show:
