Guild Sqds - Purpose Clarification

To those of you who have had a chance to dive into the Beta for AoC...please enlighten me on what ideas we have for guild squads. For example in WoW we have squads because content only allows us to have a certain amount of toons in each instance. Would there be questing sqds, battle sqds...I really haven't had the chance to play the beta so I am a little blind.

Might be a dumb question but w/e...hehe?

I'm assuming the moderator(s) just used the TG-WoW template in setting up the sub-forums. As such, it'll of course need pruning to suit our needs.

Agreed though, we dont really need the squads (as of yet) since we're not at end-game nor do we field that many folk yet. Raids in AoC do only contain up to 24 people though right? Assuming we have a large playerbase there may indeed need to be multiple raids (and/or squads) playing simultaneously, simply due to the small raid sizes.

But, that'll be way down the road. For now though, we do indeed need server(PvE/PvP) specific sub-forums to avoid some confusion for folk trying to organize things in a specific realm.

I think we could use the "Player Rooster" thread to pick up on peeps. This helps if you need say a tank, a sassin or what not whether its an instance or a quest.

As for end game, that is why I amde my Chimerrian Guardian, Im aiming to be a tanker.
