Re: First Impressions?
Much smoother than the beta, that's for sure. Still has some minor glitches in it that I've seen, but I can't say that I've seen a ton just yet. :P
Very pretty game, everything in it so far looks beautiful. Strange though, my machine should be able to handle full graphics, but if I switch to high I drop to about 12fps, while on medium I get 40-80 depending on where I am. Other than that, things look pretty good. Love the quest tracking system, the zoning isn't as obtrusive as you'd think, and with some of the quests you can tell that the designers had a bit of humor thrown in (sometimes MMO-specific humor). So far my only "big" complaint was the final battle to leave Tortage. I must have died half a dozen or more times in there because the event scripting was poor. Allied NPCs would stand around and do nothing, or enemy mobs would break off whoever they were attacking and come after me for no reason. Finally made it out, however. So far it's looking quite positive, at least for on the PvE server. I think the PvP guys are having a good time too. We'll revisit in a month or two once the shiny has worn off some. :P

Re: First Impressions?
I'm liking it so far. Although, I'm just a lowly level 9
