The Guide to Guides
I've used TenTonHammer in the past with other games and they're really second to none. Their interviews and articles are top-notch and it's a 1st-class website. In there you can pretty much find info. on just about anything, short of what would be found on an AoC Database site.

Just a note concerning quest info. Every database or guide website (including 10-ton hammer and the AoC DB) that I've been to in search of a bit more details on a particular quest has been worthless. If they have any quests at all listed, it's generally just the Tortage quests, maybe a few extras.
If you're stuck on a quest for some odd reason, I'd recommend going to the AoC official forums and doing a search. It's helped me out tremendously.
