Gray Quests and Gray Mobs give EXP
Hello, heads up to former WoW players, killing Gray Mobs will give you exp, though not as much.
Completing Gray quests will give you FULL exp reward.
This might change after future patches though.

Gray mobs give 1XP only. :P Also, gray mobs do greatly reduced damage; I'm talking like 10% or less of what they did when they weren't gray. Nothing like having 5 gray mobs beating on you at once for only 1-2 damage a pop.
It's definitely true that gray quests give full XP, though. It seems that quest XP is the same whether the quest is red or gray, which I kinda like.
