Well after renting about a half a dozen 360 games and not finding one that could hold my intrest i think i finally found something to tide me over between the beta's. I remembered i had the Dawn of War gold edition that i had barely gotten into awhile back. I loaded it up yesterday and i forgot how sweet it was! Plus Dawn of War II just came out sooo i should have a decent amount to tide me over till sept... i hope. I'm def staying Templar. I like the fact that i'm important to party dynamics and on FFXI i was never the tank, so here's my chance. Also i've had tons of fun with it so far.. the Plate gear always looks friggen SWEET. I also comissioned my new PC to be built today. WOOT! so excited!

P.s Dawn of War Platinum edition just came out not that long ago for PC. If u like RTS games or Warhammer... then pick it up for sure.. system specs aren't high and it's only 19.99!!

Yes! It was extremely fun. I went with an alliance of 24 people but we ended up being killed by a larger group of asmodians later on

But it was really fun to finally experience some world pvp. We're going to own the abyss

Well guys, if your looking for something to pass the time and want a deep MMO, get into the stress test for Fallen Earth. I've been in since alpha back in November.

If you want a MMO that doesn't hold your hand of spoon feed you, give this a look.

Alt, sorry I didn't have time to hang around and PvP with ya last Monday, but I'll be there with you next weekend.

Hi all. I got registered awhile ago but just now found the forum (thanks Epy). Just a lil background on me: I played FFXI since NA ps2 launch and just retired. Anyone that played it knows that you couldn't have just one job on your character so I'm loving Aion. I never did like being main healer but strangely enough I love Cleric, which is gonna be my main character (Daivd).

I will probably only have one other character which will probably be either be Gladiator or Assassin. I'll wait until the open beta to try them out. I did get teamspeak setup; I just need to get a mic this week before the beta starts. See you all online 8)

NEEDED: I am putting together a short official Write up for TG. After some initial thought I came up with some unique ideas. What I would like is TG legion members to PM (private message) me with a short comparison of Aion to Another POPULAR MMO. I will include these short exerts in my final (official) write up. After some conversation this weekend I think to best way to gain new members from here at TG is to include these comparisons.

Comparisons Im looking for: (dont need each one, doesn't have to be one of these)

Aion vs FFXI
Aion vs WoW
Aion vs AoC <--i can do
Aion vs Guild Wars
Aion vs Dark Age of Camelot
Aion vs Lineage

PS 'vs' does not mean you have to pit the games against one another just describe Aion with references from said game

Well, it's the first time meeting you guys on the *forums*, anyway.
I was at work today hearing the Aion music in my head, like, 65% of the time. Scary concept, really. But still beautiful music.

I'm a pretty dedicated gamer, and am also a dedicated wife and Mother. I'm still active in WoW, but I really feel that may change once Aion goes live (I don't think I can afford two diff game subscriptions!). I've played -many- other MMORPGs in the past, but Aion is the game I've been lookin' for. Fereelz.

The first person I met who told me about TG Legion -- well, her name started with 'M', but I lost her, and don't remember the name exactly. Something like "Miarea" or something.. She's a Gladiator, and was very fun to team with. I hope you find this message! (*waves happily*)

I enjoy RPing, but it's not everything to me. Although hey, if any of you in the Legion like to RP as well, gimme a holla! *^_^*/

I really hope I'll be a more helpful team-player the next time we're in - sorry for all the mess-ups I did last time.

Neo is a great Legion leader - very patient with the members and good with the gameplans!

The REAL trial will be when *all* of the closed betas are over, and we wait for the LIVE~! ... I wonder when the Open Beta will be, and for how long..? it's a looong way between Aug 17th and Sept. 22nd, y'know..

Sorry I wasn't around much for beta 4. Work picked up for me and I ended up working double shifts on the weekend. Sucks for game time but RL wise I'll be getting more pay. I will be around definitely for beta 5 though and I am saving up for the highest pay plan for Aion. If they have an annual payment plan, I'll definatly be getting that otherwise I''ll settle for a semi-annual.

Having to do double shifts and then coming home late is very exhausting and tiring.

Well remember, for those of you who preordered Aion and recieved the preorder code, we'll have a headstart before launch. not sure how much ahead start we'll get, but I'm hoping atleast a week.
