Don't soul heal
After running with a group of...people who belong in a special place where "normals" can take care of them so they aren't a danger to themselves. I discovered that if you die 5 times without soul healing it will cost you must less than if you die five time and soul heal after each death. I think my 3rd or 4th dead stacked only cost 30k as opposed to the usual 55k.
The down side is that the amount of time you have soul sickness does increase...but if you're doing PvE that really isn't a huge issue and you save tons of cash.Shhhh I'm being made

Much agreed. Yesterday I died 4 times during a failed Training Grounds run (not everyone can be competent), and since I didn't soul heal until I was done for good, it only cost me 35k at level 27. I was expecting it to be more
