arresting someone
was wondering how do i arrest someone? i know i need a dart or a stun gun but in order for me to get the stabba or the tazer guns i need cop rank 1 and i have no clue where to get the dart gun. so can anyone help me out with that problem?

All weapons are sold by the contacts, go to the buy option, then use the drop down menu for weapons and LTL. It might be you haven't unlocked the dart gun yet.
You can't have any sacred cows if you want to make a really great game. Unless you're making a game about killing sacred cows. That's okay. Matt Higby
