Apb ihs?
I am thinking about creating an APB IHS, would anyone be interested in joining? I need to know beforehand, because that will determine if I even create one at all.

Creating an IHS is not dependent on your game. You just need the personnel and you're free to play in any game! As far as forum support in an MMO game, that's based on a completely different set of factors which you can read about in the SOP Tagged threads of the MMO general forum!
