pre-loaded, unreleased?
Had to pre-load it twice, and it still is saying "unreleased" and won't even let me open the game. I tried closing Steam and re-opening it, and still nothing happened.
Any ideas?- Robyn

tried a hammer?
This happened to me but after a few times restarting steam it worked and was already downloading
just keep restarting steam

What happened to me was that after the pre-load, steam made a 2nd small download (decryption files I think) and it's now doing a 3rd larger download (that I hope it's the last).
After the pre-load just double click on the game via steam and it should start the 2nd download.
PS - Servers seem to be very slow, so try changing to another one.

You can also try deleting your clientregistry.blob to fix this issue.
