Authentication Servers
They are currently down which means your training won't be able to update to the online profile.
You can check this yourself by going to the forums and trying to log in!
You may also have to redo these training parts if your profile can't update. My suggestion is just waiting till a later time.

You can still play offline but you can't do anything with your soldier untill the authentication servers are running normally.

seems it updates after the servers come back online
I completed the fit to win course but servers didnt count it
When I went back on again there I had already passed
