There is only one sniper so it's not a snipe fest anymore.
It's the same layout wise.

Re: Actually got to play a couple of matches
TexasTeamplayers has one up... VOIP is not working correctly yet and it isn't Honor yet but both will be fixed asap.
When you can't find the TTP server in the server browser, go in game and open console (~) and type:
open 207.210.252.33:8777
Space between 'open' and 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:xxxx'

Re: Actually got to play a couple of matches
I played this for the fist time Saturday and for the most part enjoyed it.
Questions!
1) These might seem obvious, but is it true whatever team you're on you see yourself as American? Does that mean OpFor sees themselves as American as well?
2) That might explain why on 2 of my 3 TKs Saturday I swear the individuals I shot were definitely OpFor. I noticed what appeared to be a bug appearing when someone "confirms" a kill they sometimes take on the skin of the dead soldier they're kneeling over...
There were also several times when I was KIA and watching the remaining players finish the round and I saw OpFor and BluFor soldiers clearing rooms "together". I need to take a screenshot of that...funny stuff...

Re: Actually got to play a couple of matches
1) Yes, no matter which team you are on the other team is OpFor and you are American.
2) Odd bug... never seen it

Re: Actually got to play a couple of matches
Best bug i've seen so far is having both teams spawn in the house on Ranch. Talk about total chaos!
<spawn>
"Huh?
"Opfor!"
<wild shooting in every direction>
"Medic!"Ikariam Wars = Talus - Sulfur, Talanium - Marble, Talopolis - Wine, Talusgrad - Crystal, Talusberg - Wine.
For the Four who stood against many. You shall be remembered. {DK_Sparta vs Talus}

The Internet Gaming community has evolved to catter to the lowest common denominator and practically ruined my desire to have any part of it. But not here. It is something wonderfully different." - frozenchrome

Re: Actually got to play a couple of matches
All ranch
One time the VIP spawned with the enemy team. Hilarious.
Another time the VIP spawned with the allied team, which meant he beat the enemy team to the objective.
Another time I spawned in a VIP game with the Obran (whatever its called) rifle, and thought I was the VIP because thats what it said on the radar (both the real VIP and I had a V as well). Due to the VIP spawning with us, I though I could cheese the round and run to the objective on the ranch map. I dodged fire from 5 enemies due to the bullet lag and was able to dive onto the flare. Unfortunately I died and found out that I just "looked" like the VIP on my screen but was actually a soldier on theirs.
