He didnt want to post about it on TG because it wasnt an offical TG server but yes.

It will be gone when the offical TG server is running

Its not a secret just a temporary place for us to play while Vulcan is working through the bugs. It has also been a tremendous opportunity for us to get the TG message out to another group of gamers while the initial enthusiasm is high.

This is working out well for we feel this will bring more supporting members to TG in the long run. When folks ask us about the server and say they enjoy gaming with us we always mention that we are part of the TG group and will have our official server up soon.

Bronco and myself decided to do this to make sure we had a server we could password if needed to get to know the game. Working on the config file with this server to identify and eliminate bugs and adjust game play will only speed things up for the TG server when it's operational here real soon.

I have logged a lot of hours on this to enhance the AA3 game for all who will be playing on our server.

FYI, the pings are a bit screwy:

1-20 = server in a nearby state (playable with little lag)
20-40 = Server in the USA somewhere (Noticeable increase in lag, which greatly affects gameplay and hit registry)
40-100 = Outside the USA (Unplayable)

I play from the UK, with a 40-100 ping and its playable, anything over 100 is really pushing it though

I donno, 40+ and if you hold your breadth, you'll see that the bar doesnt smoothly go down which means lots of lag.

It seems like most servers cant handle 20 or more people. With that many the lag will start to spike and pings will all jump to 100+ every minute or two.

when i played my ping was more lke 60-80 and ran some what smoothly but a comon problem i have is that when i shoot it takes about .4 seconds for the bullet to hit and thats when i'm right up against a wall.

Has there been any updates from the hosting company regarding the TG server? Did they mention what problem(s) they were having in setting one up?
