TG AA3 server reports

This thread is a place to report functional server bug reports.

If you notice a function of the game that doesn't seem to perform as you think it should you can report it here.

This thread will kept cleaned up as time goes by so expect resolved issues to be removed or deleted so the thread doesn't get cluttered.

Some issues may get move out from here and added as their own thread.

Currently the voice server is not starting for an unknown reason. Working on other server issues first that may resolve this as well.

Any update as to whether or not the server company has finally gotten it's act together? Is the honor function and voice functionality up and running?

Is the new server still on-line and working? I've refreshed the server browser several times last night and again today, and I don't see it listed by name or IP address. Also, whenever I tried to join via console it would start to load and then kick me back out to the main menu with an error message that said "unable to connect at the moment, the server may be off-line".

Ok it is definately up now and I was able to play on it. It may have gone down when pb got updated and didn't restart.

Assault I experienced this for about an hour. I can successfully connect to any other server.
Though when I look on gametracker the server is noted as being online and..
What do you know Assault9 is on the server. Of course you have been on there for the last couple of hours.

Maybe a restart is in order?

I just tried to join the server for the third time tonight and again it wasn't on the list, and it failed to load when trying to join via console. I'm not sure if this helps or not but on the second attempt today, I was able to get in, join a team, select a role and was waiting for the countdown to finish. It counted down from 21 to 6, stopped, and then dumped back back to the main menu.

I noticed this when apo when first got the server online and pb wasn't updated which only he can do. So i manually updated PB and it allowed me to connect but i noticed this happening sporadically, not all the time. I'm not really sure what to make of it. Maybe i will just disable PB until it gets another update.

I found the error in the log and getting it resolved with Gameservers now.

I don't know what the problem is.
But after more than one person joins the server.
It's scrolls about 30 messages saying "you are being kicked for idling".
Then it proceeds to dump all the people in game, which is 1 person, and kicking those that just joined the server.

Just to follow up on this, we were usually kicked at the conclusion of a round when the Mission Complete stats menu was on the screen. It never happened mid-game at all.

that might be the idle time, i've disabled that.

Yup. That's seems to have fixed it.
