Update
The hosting company just notified me there is a new patch and the servers are being updated today. The patches before were about 90mb this one is 700mb so look for a major update.

My client updated today and at 1.09 GB it wasn't a small patch. My in-game VOIP is working again but I have no idea if the community TS issue is resolved.

After trying to diagnose the TS problems you all were having. I accidently borked my ingame VOIP. So with this patch I am now able to run TS and speak in game.
