Random Freezes Causes Hardlocks

Hey guys, I have had this annoying problem since the last patch where my game/computer completly freezes on random occasions. The only way to get my PC to do anything by rebooting by holding down the power button (and god knows how much I hate doing such).

So far I have tried this fix:

This seems to have done the trick on the first night, but it looks like the problem is back again. I re-applied the fix (actually do it everything I start the game up). So I was wondering if you guys came across other fixes that could help me get my head in the game for more than 45 minutes.

Did you edit your bat file and add the del option? this error is similar to the servers crashing before the 3.0.5 patch. The ftmp_xxxx and aa3_edata.server.fmap/aa3_edata.client.fmap files are stat cached files for the MBS player stats servers. These would build up in the server binaries folder and cause the servers to hang at 6 seconds then crash.

what are your specs xmaster? If you're using nvidia the current win7 drivers are causing problems across all unreal engine games and that is my first target for an issue.

System specs:
Intel C2D E8400 @3ghz
Windows Vista Ultimate x64
Ati Radeon 4850
4gb Ram

I dont think its linked to my system specs. I looked more into the issue and i think it is indeed built around the temp files. The fix linked in my original post didnt do the trick for me. Looking further into the problem, i found a nice official app posted in the AA3 forums that actually makes sure that everything is deleted. I played for about 3 hours last night without any system hang. Will play again just right now and see if it wasnt just pure luck.
