    October 31st AA

Those games last night were so intense. Weapons Cache SE had some crazy firefights and some really funny moments. Like a teammate flash banging the whole friendly team at objective A, LOL I couldnt stop laughing. The 3 stooges , I believe that was Sloppys comment.

Was intense. That first map I played, cannot remember the name, the hummvee one, I could not stay alive for anything. Seems Trooper had my number the whole map.

Yeah...I was one of the stooges flash banging the whole team...I was ROFL too..

Geezh...I feel so inept at AA sometimes..Like when I throw a grenade against the door frame instead of the door...or when I shoot my team mate in the back because I think he's an enemy....Its so much harder than BF2. I tend to just follow one of you guys around and try to do what I'm told...sometimes I feel like I'm really putting a damper on my team and everyon's fun quotient...Thanks for everyone's patience as I keep on trying to get better.

Your not a burden at all man. Most of us are still learning too. Like last night Sloppy goes into a room and clears it then I go in and gun him down. I still haven't seen most of the maps.

AA definately makes me feel like a noob (which I am to the game). I tend to play just like you Robby. I pick someone and follow them around the map trying to cover them as best I can.

I've also gotten killed more times than I like to admit because I wasn't able to tell if that other guy across the road was an enemy or not.

It does take sometime to get use to the enemies. The report in key is U and you should be using it all the time. I watched Sloppy TK a friendly because he didn't report in when asked. Sloppy was too far away to get a visual identity so he asked him to report, the guy didn't report in so he thought he was an enemy not a friendly. Everyone should be reporting in frequently and also if you pay attention to the location in the upper right of the screen you can get familiar with the locations names on the map.

    Re: October 31st AA

I TK'd Fish last night on CSAR because I misunderstood what he said. There was a set of stairs, and at the top you could go left through a doorway or right and up an angled ladder to a little perch that overlooked the blackhawk.

Last I saw him, he was with someone else to the right near that ladder. I had gone back down the stairs to explore (I have a bad habit of doing that on maps I don't know..) when he mentioned that doorway to me, so I head back to do some more exploring. Then he says something about the enemy coming and I'm thinking he was still near that ladder to the right and was just calling out enemies for me to wait on. So someone runs through the next doorway and I just unload... Wasn't until about 15 bullets in that I realized it was Fish and he was running away from enemies. With friends like me, who needs enemies?!

I have my report in as my fourth mouse button. The U key is in a nasty location. As a mouse button I can hit it even in a firefight so that if I go down, at least my last known location is known.

BTW, I highly recommend a 5 button mouse.

I use a Nostromo N52 now that is perfect, I can practically use the keyboard with one hand.
