Re: Americas Army Sunday night!
You only hated Pipeline because I was rocking. I gave myself a pistol for the last round just to make it fair. I even killed Magnum with it.

Re: Americas Army Sunday night!
Good fun guys. Though I wish it'd been a 'realism' night too... I kept calling, "One down..." on TS then realising death messages were on.
I'd agree Hospital is a pain (I rarely play it since getting to 15h on it in the beginning). One team ususally ends up dominating it one way or another and this time it was ambush. On pubs you also end up with a lot of nurse/civ camping which can make it really ugly inside (was none of that with TG guys of course). I did get really scared when vip hid in operating room that one time. I was right behind my teamate who spotted him and ran in to hose him out. I have been nailed by escort staking out in there right behind or next to the civ and hosing ambush as they enter H from the back that way (it's a choke point cover spot). Really hard to get them without hitting civ in there. Note: RPK is a joy for hosing inside.
Once again I find I was less than useless with an m16 on Mountain Ambush. Not that it's poorly laid out or anything. I just suck at it.
I am finding I always enjoy Weapons Cache SE (a map I never play much on pubs) when I play with TG guys on it. Good play with lots of options tactically.
Simstick suggested trying SF weapons on Insurgent Camp. I've played it a couple of times and it's another one I just don't seem to be able to contribute on. When it came up I groaned and whined to Turbo a bit (sorry Turbo
) and had to call it a night. Just couldn't face ending my night of fun on a low note (for me).
P.S. When you have full teams on SF Pipline and defence really knows the layout inside it can get quite hard for assault to win IMO. Def tends to rush the assault entry choke points and stake them out till they chew up the assault's first wave then fall back to holding Primary and Console.--

Wildcat, Fried, Sloppy and I played with sniper rifles on Insurgent Camp. That was actually a lot of fun.

Ack! I shouldn't have left but I was tired too. Next time around I'll try to stick it out.
