I'm not gonna waste my breathe tellling you what you wouldn't have in this world if it weren't for Macintosh computers, or Apple for that matter. Now please go back to your narrowminded field of view (your PC).

You should be happy enough there are people that have macs that want to play.... sheesh.
wait a minute... arent macs technically personal computers? and if not what are they calssified as? thats liek saying a dell isnt a pc because its a dell... never understood that... i mean its a computer tha you use personally right? or is it different cause so much stuff is built in, and thus less coustomizable?
i'm sorry if this is off-topic but i wanna get this figured out...

Re: so, we have a winner or is AA dying...

I played AA from July 4th 2002 (Release) until November 2006, after 2.8

I uninstalled it sometime in December.

The game was a brainchild for many years, and I believed that for a very, very long time it dominated the realism department of PC gaming... But the player maturity grew so weak, and the games got so bad that I couldnt possibly be entertained by it anymore. Not to mention that aaotracker was the death of the game. For me. And everyone.

I'm not gonna go back, unless 3.0 does something great. But the updates have been...eh since 2.4

Not to mention that PR for BF2 has stomped it out, 100%. I got BF2 in Feb this year, had a blast, but as soon as I found PR I recalled those first days playing AA in wonder of how good a game could be...

Poor AA.

I doubt it will stay alive for another 2 years.
