What's the best FREE place to download this. All the ones I find are going at like 30kbp/s

And I've never used bit torrent, how do I use it?

Bittorrent works a lot like limewire or kazaa in that it takes a portion of the file from different people who are currently uploading it (peers). You have to download a torrent file, open it in the bittorrent program and that allows you to download the file you are looking for. Try using a torrent search engine (torrentscan.com is a great one) and searching for America's Army. You want to find the one listed that has a good number of peers, as that affects your download speed.
