Switching from AA to CSS...Possible?

Do you personally think that switching between AA and Counter Strike Source is possible?

I have tried it, and adjusting to the speed/controls is slightly brain tiring

Any inputs/ways to help the torment.

I've played Counter-Strike for years, since an early original beta, through CS:S. Then I started playing AA only about a year ago. I've switched now to BF2, but still occasionally play AA and even CS:S. Yes, they all do have different feel to them, and I guess it would be really hard to switch repeatedly while playing serious competition. But I'm a casual with no real clan or competition experience, so it doesn't matter much to me if I get hosed for a few rounds before I catch up.
