3rd person in 2142

something cool i found. if u wanna switch to 3rd person do this

1. apply ur self as a commander
2. go to a high building/or go to a titan. the tallest building in suez canal would be easiest.
3.once u get on a high building, zoom in on ur self on the commander screen.
4.Jump off the building and press C and quickly watch ur self parachute on the commander screen by pressing caps lock which is defualt key.
5. once u land on the ground, get out of the commander screen and u should see ur self as thrid person.

You could do it while seeding the server, or when your assets are loading

Erm, why the complex steps when you can just press 'C' on your keyboard to switch to an exterior camera angle (works with vehicles as well)?

If I'm not mistaken, the camera view button (C) only works while in a vehicle. Since the parachute is considered a vehicle by the game this works.
