Wow. First time back in a week (darn you, work), and this is the first thing I see. I'm speechless, really, but congratulations should go to the folks I've worked with in the past and in the upcoming future - there is no I in team and a squad leader is only as good as the members in the squad who he works with.

Might as well ask here. Where do I recommend people for ribbons? I've got a few people who've done an outstanding job and think they should be recognized for it.
