The ETQW server downtime

We have a support ticket in to wolf. The downtime is most likely due to human error on my part. I am working to resolve the issue and have the server back up ASAP.

The server install became corrupt due to a writeconfig command, or a new server reboot button in the beta admin tool.

Regardless, we should be fine for quite some time following this eventful day...
