Cudos to the Admins

I would just like to take a moment to than the Admins for setting up the second server to run Highway Tampa! It is a new map that you will have to play many times to get it down and playing last night for about two hours was great. Learning different aspects of the map and testing strats.
Cudos to the Admins!
If you are like me and dod not fly much, it is a great map to practice on, preferebly before it goes live...lol
You all do a great job running everything around here! Keep it up!

THANK YOU!!

Fubar

Yeah, thanks to Lorax indeed. I made mention of it and it was done before I even came back to check up on the thread.

Re: Cudos to the Admins

Thank you, but I can not take all the credit. The admin team is just that, a team. We work together to accomplish goals and keep the community moving forward.

That being said, the idea was a good one - the map is new, it has potential to introduce players to TG that might not have found us otherwise and we had an idle 2142 server sitting around just waiting for something to do.

Re: Cudos to the Admins

I'd like to thank all the admins for all the time and effort they put in to make TG what it is. I spent 7-8 hours gaming last night across three TG games and the admins always answered people's cry for help. Special thanks to Rage for helping people out with several issues yesterday on the 2142 servers and bringing us all together in the TS game channel!

Wait wait wait...Lorax? Set up a VEHICLE map? does this mean we get to see more odd accidents...such as an apc upside down on top of a walker?

I am in my office on the weekends, My days off are Wed and Thurs. I always try to bring the people on the 2142 server out of their IHS channels for a couple of reasons. First, it builds the community to have us all together, between rounds the chatter is great. Second, it makes my job easier if everyone is in channel together for reports of players who need a little coaching. As I am observing, the player board and chat all I can see is kills, deaths TK's etc so if I see a commander with deaths it is an indicator of a fighting commander so I can ask the channel if EU's commander is fighting for example and get some feedback. I would encourage everyone to continue to join the 2142 channel in TS whenever possible and if you forget I will prolly come and get you and ask you if you wish to join us. Thanks to everyone for all the reports and the support you give this community.

Hehe... It's not my fault everyone shifts from one side of the APC to the other around turns to get it up on two wheels, blame them!

The most memorable "accident" I saw was when someone flipped over the side of the bridge on Ramagen. Luckily, I got out to take a pot shot at a walker, next thing I know is my ride is gone. I know it not's in front of me and a quick check shows it's not behind. But that explosion of the side clued me in to where it really went. All I can say, and I think I did say it, was I'm glad I wasn't the one driving...

I managed to accidently flip a tank in Fronlines beta today and thats not easy to do. Lorax, your name was mentioned, you obviously have been the victim of wrong ideas that spread, an unfair reputation !

Yes, Silver did flip a tank today... and just guess who his unlucky passenger was.

Re: Cudos to the Admins

That settles it, Draeh is bad luck. None of those accidents have been my fault .
