Instead of hijacking another thread, I decided to make a brand new one. If the admins want to add on feel free to do so.

1) use VoIP at necessary times to help archive victory for your team (which is pretty much the whole round)

2) use VoIP to relay important information, although a good joke is welcome at the correct time
