please help..trying tog et 2.1 to work

have downloaded the monster 2GB file 3 times now..

always the same problem..have to get that "rar fix" thing, runs the install, but at the very end, it says that there is a corruption and that i should re-download and re-install...

i can actually run the link, and it goes to the screen where i can see the server list, but all the games are "Red" and if i click on one, it says "you do not have the map..yada yada yada.."


so what the hell fellas..?

any ideas..?

i have un-installed, re-installed, re-downloaded...i am at my wit's end..which is a short trip, i know..

any help would be greatly appreciated..

Sounds like you downloaded the bad torrent. If the file your getting is 2GB exactly, its corrupt! The actual client size is 2.2 GB. I did the same thing you did. I dl'd that bad one at least 3 times.

This is where myslef and others finally got a good working copy of the full 2.1 client.

is good to be back brutha...if i could make this damn thing work i would be even more happy...i tried that link above for hours last nite..it would go for a little while and i guess the torrent would crap out or something..left it running all night, never got d/l'ed..

will keep at it tonite though..i am damn sure gonna play PoE again!
