TG vs. WarHawksClan Scrimmage Announcment

DATE AND TIME: Friday December 21st 9:00 PM EST on one of our TG Servers.

Players will be required for TeamSpeak roll call 1 hour before the scrim.
Anyone who is not present 30 mins before the scheduled start time will be moved to the bottom of the signup order.

This is a scrimmage VS WarHawksClan.com. It is open first to all members of Tactical Gamer with supporting members getting first priority. This will be a 24v24 scrimmage on Belgrade, best 2 out of 3 wins. In the event of a split of the first 2 rounds, the team with the overall higher ticket count gets to chose their side for the 3rd round.

All TG rules apply but most of all lets have some FUN!!

WarHawks is going to do their best to field the full 24 people but they are concerned that they may not be able to pull that many so if that is the case we will slim back to their # if need be but will hold full signups based on the 24 player count.

What not to post:
• "What time will it be in my time zone?" http://www.timeanddate.com/
• "Are non-supporting members allowed to play?" Yes. However, supporting members get priority.
• "It's not fair! I keep getting pushed out by Supporting Members!" Become one.
• "Can you change the date? NO
• "I'm on the reserve list. How good are my chances of playing if I show up?" Fairly high. There'll inevitably be quite a few cancellations before the match and there's usually one or two no-shows on the day of the match.

How Playing Spots Are Assigned:

A signup thread will be started on Wednesday December 5th. All spots will be assigned by a lottery. The signups will be in place until Monday December 10th at 7:00pm. At this time all supporting members names on the signup will be tossed in the proverbial hat and drawn individually until all names are slotted then we will do the same for non-supporting members. This will be our starting and alternate roster. Anyone who chooses to signup after this point will be put in line after the last non-supporting member from the original signup.

IMPORTANT!
Players who no-show without notice for a scrim will be precluded from participating in the following scrim. Don't let your team mates down! Only sign up if you can make it .Feel free to start a discussion in this thread with any questions or thoughts you may have. If all goes well, they have also expressed an interest in a Titan scrim in the future as well.

What TS channel do we need to be in? I have only ever joined the 9th IHS channel.

I am just currious about a what if .... if someone is caught bunny hopping or juhad jeeping or other will that person get kicked/warned? The reason I ask is that it is that it could cause the offending team to get too low to compete.

Also will someone be recording the game so others that can not play can watch?

Just so you dont miss the sign up thread, it is tomorrow (the 5th) and sign ups end on the 10th, just so you dont miss it.

Is there going to be any of that online broadcasting or whatever some of the scrims (i think for BFCL) for this scrim?

No broadcasting unless someone knows someone who can pull that off. I have been wanting to do this for some time so I decided to just go find a clan that was similar to our community. Athlon had come in and introduced himself a couple of weeks ago so I went to their site and posted a thread on their forums and they showed an interest. I am really hoping they can get the people together to pull this off, we know that is never a problem here but there are not a lot of gaming communities the size of ours so we will just have to see. The sign up thread goes up tomorrow, sometime in the morning after I get up and find an admin to sticky it! Thanks all for the interest and support, this will be a blast!
