Probably just that - CRC error, corrupted download. Start over buddy!

You don't have to start from scratch - right-click the download in your bittorrent client and "Force Recheck"... this will locate any bad/missing pieces and download them for you...

(I have to do that to just about every torrent I DL)

Re: Password released: #=->FH2-TorrentPass<-=#

thats a great idea, im trying that right now. I kept getting an error saying "utorrent cant open the file you are trying to access, maybe the file was not fully downloaded?"

So, i am gonna try it and if it doesnt work, screw the torrent, hello http!

Re: Password released: #=->FH2-TorrentPass<-=#

Another thing you can do is to start the torrent from scratch. When it asks where to save it, point to where your current, broken version of the file is.... as if you're going to over-write it. Instead of over-writing it, your bit-torrent client should scan the file and "resume" downloading any missing pieces.

I had to do that w/ PoE2 - I DL'd from ftp originally, but it was corrupted. So I opened the torrent, and did the "save over" trick - turns out I only had to download 4MB of a 2.2GB file!

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to WhiskeySix again.

Good advice Whiskey

Re: Password released: #=->FH2-TorrentPass<-=#

Thanks a lot people! The torrent method actually worked. Seems I had only about 2/3 of the file.

You all saved me +1 euro since I'm at my dl-volume limit already. That makes me real happy because I hate every cent I pay to my crappy isp.
