It doesnt have anything to do with Last One Standing (which is an actual show on the Discovery channel), they just threw the ad in there when they aired the short film. There were three of them made by the guy who was going to direct the Halo movie, and this is the third and final one, which was aired on TV the night Halo 3 was released (it appeared on the interwebs 2 days earlier). But the movie has been put semi-permanently on the back burner last I heard of it, which was shortly after Halo 3 came out.
