How could this mod be improved? Post your comments and ideals. Please be clear and constructive. When this tread will have a sufficient number of good ideals I will forward them to the FH2 team.
My 1st suggestion: Tanks should have a driver and a gunner and a “tanker kit”. The driver would drive and fire the coaxial MG. He would have 2 views: one with the MG sight (limited view like the hatch would be closed) and a second an open hatch where he could have a wider view but would be more vulnerable to enemy fire. The gunner\commander would have the main gun and the turret MG. Two views also: one with the sight and the other the open hatch with 360 degrees rotation (will not spin the turret) and the option to use the binoculars (from the tankers kit) to spot enemy positions. For the kits 2 options : pickup like pilots or as a class. I just wonder witchone will prevent TKs and poor game play. Cheers, Nix

When you use the iron sights on the No. 4 you can see the top of the woodern barrel surround which blocks out the bottom half of the front sight. I think it would look alot nicer and be alot easyer to use with this removed from the iron sight veiw.

I say, make the AT rifle a pickup class, and replace it with a sapper's class. which would consist of a service rifle, bayonet, and several AT grenade, plus a bandage. it would be limited, but more effective because of i think there were more AT grenades made then AT rifles.

I don't want to get off topic, just wanted to know if it was a ATI video card problem (I have a hard time with mine). If the model is accurate mabe it's normal to see a bit of wood in front of the sight.

I don't think it is a video card problem, I think its the model. Sometimes it makes it harder to line up those long shots and I don't think it would have been in the way on the real weapon. |

In game, just line up the picture you want, then press printscreen (to the right of the F1-12 buttons). The button may just say Prt Scr though. After taking the picture, quit the game and go to my documents, battlefield 2, screenshots, and it should be a thumbnail along the bottom. Find the one you want and name it something suitable. Then go to www.tinypic.com and click browse under the upload text. Find the one you want, then just post a link to the page here. Hope this helps.
PS: You don't have to use tinypic, it's the one I use though... Sorry for off-topic.

Strangly it looks worse ther than when I am in-game.... Anyway, you have the backsight and the frontsight, in between you can see that the wooden barrel suround covers the bottom half if the front sight. So you only have a very small front sight post to aim with. Maybe in a patch it can be changed so you cannot see the barrel cover inbetween the back and front sight when you use the iron sights. |

From a historical standpoint, the AT rifles were the only man portable AT guns, in the later theatres of war are when you see bazookas and panzerfausts.
So in later patches, were probably gonna see these pop up.
