Lost Key Packets?

Okay this is twice tonight I've been kicked by Punkbuster for "losing key packets." I'm pretty sure these ones getting lost are the key packets of information where I actually score kills and play well, but this is the first time I've had this error so that's probably not a very good explanation. Is this happening to everyone else or just me?

Re: Lost Key Packets?

I seem to recall getting this error with POE1. Seems the PunkBuster Client can't update for some reason or other.
Check the punkbuster website for help?

Talking Re: Lost Key Packets?

I got this a few weeks ago. I ran the pbsetup.exe from Punkbuster's website.

I noticed you got disconnected a couple times last night. I figured you were stumbling around to get another beer and tripped on the network cable or something.

Re: Lost Key Packets?

What, you didn't have fun riding along in the ROFLCOPTER with me?

Now I'm starting to think it's my cable connection... this is the first time I've been able to get onto this site since I posted this, and everything is loading slow. I'm doing the standard spyware/virus checks just in case any of the porn sites I have been visiting for "legitimate research purposes" have installed something weird.

LOL , that kills me.. literally.

For those who have never been in the RS-ROFLCOPTER, it is a must, at least once, you gota get a window seat for full effect.. after riding it, it will give you giggles when you see it go by later in game.

IRT,

put pbsetup somewhere you remember it, and run it weekly.

Re: Lost Key Packets?

It turned out to be my cable connection. RoadRunner has been spotty in the Indianapolis area for the past few days... they must be using the ACME routers (meep meep!). But I updated PB just to be safe. I didn't get dropped at all the last time I played. So back to the ROFLCOPTER and my LOLTANKS for the win!

YOU were all flying upside down. I wasn't even in the ROFLcopter at that point.
