Getting A Wierd Messege

i am trying to connect to a server and i get a KEY CODE IN USE messege. Does this mean that someone is using a "stolen" cd-key that is the same as mine and so now i can't get online and play?

Were you disconnected from a server and then tried to rejoin. I have that happen before. I had to wait at least 15 sometimes longer. My internet dropping caused it for me, I guess I had to wait for the main server to update.

If you have a sudden dropout from the server you are playing at the keyserver will sometime still have you registered as playing with the key on the server you were on earlier. What you should do is connect to another server and then rejoin the server you want to play at. This is a known problem with the PunkBuster authentication mechanism.
