 Sections are created when a large member following shows interest in the game. Right now, AAO, while popular, does not have the following of other hosted games like GR and JO. If we get enough people actively playing AAO on a regular basis, the forums will expand to include tactics and possibly mods...

You just have to check the TS channel to see if someone is on. Usually when someone gets on a TS channel others will join up, so even if no one else is on go ahead and get in a channel and wait for others to come.
