A note about Teamspeak

Hey just a note, people really dont use it as much as it could be used.. might be a good idea to get some use in, some banter and general chat... perhaps regular meetings to just "chill" or have some fun... i know i use the example a lot, but Sir. (really are a good community) use their ts for much more than gaming.. they use it to have fun!

We need to get on there, get to know one another.. it would really help the irregs i think

If your unsure, I think he's referring to the Teamspeak server.

If your not using it, you should think about it. For your own Irr channel and the dedicated game channels. There is a lot of good banter and camaraderie just waiting for you.

When I'm gaming, I generally use the public game channel...If I'm doing other stuff, I usually loiter in the Irregs channel...

not a bad idea really, but when i do check to see if anyone is in there there is no one and quite frankly, talkin to yourself is not very much fun...

Although if there is someone in there i would join.

This really is a good idea; we used to have officer meetings in TS and it was a great tool. Also khaerus and I have hung out in a channel just talking like a it was a phone call, and it really does help to get to know people.
Carman and I have had some good conversations in the Xfire chat as well.

If you're not using TS, you are missing out just as much as when you used to play without a mic, or on pub servers. Don't miss out on this great free resource!

Download it from www.goteamspeak.com if you haven't already! It is really worth it, especially for the PR players among us.

Agreed- Teamspeak is a great tool for enhanced communication.
It really adds a new level of fun to this already great organization.

Nice to be able to: report rule violators, say 'good game' to teammates and opponents alike, chat between maps, and get to know your TG buds.

I usually hang out in the main Battlefield 2142 channel, and there's almost always someone in there. (not enough Irregs, though

)
