Happy valentines day! I spent last night working on this little dude....

I put it in a virtual card for my girlfriend, but I thought you guys would enjoy it too. :)
I hope you all have a great valentines day!

Yup. Kirby doesn't have perfect aim. His aim was the least important thing as long as it looks like he's trying to shoot your pointer, which you seemed to understand.

It depends on how he approaches the "sweet spot" sometimes he overshoots it or undershoots it and so sometimes his arrows actually do hit. :P

You can also just move the mouse into the arrow's path and give Kirby a helping hand. :D

I made it in 4 hours from midnight to 4:30am, so there are definitely places it could be improved.

For me he just sits in the top left corner of the screen and shoots into space. Sometimes won't shoot at all. Does it only work with certain browsers?

It worked for me with Mozilla Seamonkey.

Yes, but I'm using the dreaded "IE7" that everybody hates but which still makes up the overwhelming majority of internet page hits.

At home I actually still use IE6, although I've got Mozilla Firefox installed for pages that just won't display properly on IE. I haven't bothered to load a new browser on my work computer.

Only tested on Firefox. I believe I used IE compatible things too but IE and Firefox parse javascript differently so it's definitely possible IE breaks it.

It sounds likely that if he's shooting still it's just not registering the mouse location. *shrug*

Open it in firefox. It luckily worked for my girlfriend. :P
(This is a discontinued project now) :D
