download problem (COD4 new maps)

i having problems downloading the new maps, on tactical gamers server, i have a high ping when im online in TG, when i download maps it only goes 10kb/sec and i hear people get up to 1000, so do you know how to speed up my download ?

What type of connection are you on?

Do a speed test.

Yeah i get about 30kb/s and i just go do something while i wait. Not gonna worry about it much considering i have DSL.
