I wasn't initially a big fan of the thermal vision, but quickly learned that it is an invaluable tool in R6V. It is certainly a lot better than the typical green tinted night vision found in most titles or GRAW 2's target enhancer that washes the screen out in an awful white color. I will be interested to see how the scanner performs and hope they haven't boosted it to the point of being too much of an advantage.
