I always say ground floor anyway since that's what my teachers say.

'Ground Floor' tends to only exist in buildings with a large lobby areas. In the US I've seen both. Simple apartment building that have people living on the 'ground floor' usually just call it the first floor. --
Though that picture seems to show 3 separate floors...

Some people call it Autumn here, but mostly its referred to as fall.
And I usually refer to the ground floor as the floor thats meeting the ground at the main entrance. I say either of 'em though.
