iTunes for non-US bands?

So sometimes I find music from non-US sources, such as bands from Russia or Korea, that I like. Problem is, I can't find the bands on iTunes 99% of the time. :P

Does anyone know if there's an iTunes (or an equivalent) for this stuff? I'd like to grab some songs for my iPod, but it's hard when you can't find them.

Limewire dude.

Rules for being sure you don't get dodgy stuff:

Bitrate - 128 minimum
Sensible size (shouldn't be 11.0KB, should be thousands of KB)
MP3 preferably.
