Catalyst 5.2 is out.
Just in case you missed it. I have tried them, and they are nice. Improved control Center is nice.

I use http://www.omegadrivers.net/ for my driver needs. These guys have done a great job of tweaking ATI's and NVidia's drivers in the Omega package. I don't even use the stock drivers for any ATI/NVidia cards in the machines I build anymore, I tend to get better performance from Omega.

Of course YMMV.

Omega 5.2 didnt work on mine either.


The omega's tend to cause video lag/ hang-ups on my Radeon 9800 pro :\

That's because Omega hasn't released the 5.2's yet.

I use them often as well, depending on how good they are. But as you know these are the newest ATI drivers, and Zardon is usually 2 weeks behind.
