hl2&hl1:mod servers 411.......

i'm trying to setup an amateur "counter-strike" server and "counter-strike:source" server on my school desktop. i'm trying to feed it with a 384 mem for one. secondly, it's gonna run 24/7 but i wouldn't mind. what i'm concerned in is HOW to do it? i downloaded the 2 dedicated server stuff but i don't know where to go after that.

open steam > play games > source dedicated server
That should start a server

i don't actually NEED CS nor CSS to run a dedicated server for it rite?
